The arguments supporting intelligent design, um, theory, remind me of Sir Bedevere’s “logic” to determine whether or not Carol Cleveland was witch in Monty Python’s Holy Grail.
BEDEVERE: So, logically… VILLAGER #1: If… she… weighs… the same as a duck,… she’s made of wood. BEDEVERE: And therefore? VILLAGER #2: A witch!

I was referring to eugenics, the pseudo-science that was influenced in large part by Darwin’s theory of evolution, and used as a basis for turn of the century progressive social policies.  The Holocaust was the extreme result of the Nazi Party’s extreme progressive social policies.  They institutionalized and mandated survival of the fittest, only they were the ones deciding who was and wasn’t fit.

I agree that evolution not a theory, but a fact supported by 150 years of scientific inquiry. 

Darwinism is not a science or a pseudoscience, it’s a theory that is pretty much as close to a scientific law as you can get. The burden of the Holocaust lies with solely with the Nazis. The master race nonsense would have existed in some form, Darwin or not.

ID is like homeopathy or something. It makes up its own “science” that fails under even the most cursory scrutiny. It’s really just an attempt to legitimize creationism and assuage the disconnect that believers have that shows how ridiculous the creation myth is.
